Mr and Mrs Bennet live with their five daughters at Longbourn in Hertfordshire. Jane, the eldest, falls in love with Charles Bingley, a rich bachelor who takes a house nearby with his two sisters and friend Fitzwilliam Darcy. Darcy is attracted to the second daughter, Elizabeth.

The main characters of the story were the Bennet family which was formed by Mr and Mrs Bennet and their five daughters. They all were a poor family withouts lots of money and luxuries. One day all changes for them because they hear the news that Charles Bingley and Mr Darcy (two successful men) are moving to Netherfield Park.
It seems that two of the Bennet sisters could become their wife and become rich in a future but there will appear Caroline Bingley and Mr Wichman that will put the both possible relationships in a critical situation.
I have enjoyed very much this book because is a different love story from what we expect nowadays in a novel of love.
An other thing that I have liked is that there appear some pictures which have made more easy to understand the book and to situate in the atmosphere.
I would recommend this book to all those readers that would like to spend a great time reading one of the most important books in the british literature.
